TERM, PAYMENT, ACCOUNT RENEWAL

Term of Service. The term of User's subscription to the Services commences upon User's acceptance of these Terms and terminates as set forth in this agreement.

Payment User agrees to pay all fees for purchasing and renewing Araulyhost Services. Araulyhost may be made available for free by many partners in which case the user does not need to pay Araulyhost for the use of Araulyhost.

Authority In the event User is a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, other business entity or group of individuals, the person registering for purchasing or renewing Araulyhost Services on behalf of such entity, User shall submit a Certificate issued by such entity User to the effect that he/she has the authority to bind the corporation, LLC, partners, joint venture or other individuals in this manner and in connection with User's acceptance of all other Terms set forth herein.

No Refund Policy

Please note that all purchases made for our services are final. Once a service has been provisioned, activated, or delivered—whether partially or in full—no refund will be issued under normal circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Web hosting plans (shared, VPS, dedicated)
• Domain registrations or renewals
• SSL certificates
• Email or cloud services
• Any setup, migration, or support-related fees

This policy is in place due to the nature of digital services, many of which involve immediate allocation of resources, licenses, and technical effort upon activation.

Special Considerations

While our standard policy does not allow for refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, clients are encouraged to contact us directly to discuss the issue. Any decision regarding a refund, partial credit, or alternative resolution will be made at the sole discretion of Arauly Technologies Pvt. Ltd., based on the nature of the request and the specific circumstances involved.
